Lake George to Montauk: 351 Miles for Mental Health - March 22nd, 2025

Beginning March 22nd, I will run 351 miles from Upstate New York to the Montauk Lighthouse. My target is to complete this in under 80 hours and 44 minutes—that's my goal.

For the past three years, every January, I've run 130 miles from Montauk to Manhattan, raising awareness for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention. It's been an incredible journey of dedication and growth.

I am thankful for the support from everyone involved. Together, we've raised funds for The Long Island Crisis Center, united the community, and consistently improved my finish time each year.

Now, it's time to push beyond my limits. It's time to set the bar higher. Everything I pursue demands mental strength, discipline, and relentless effort. Without these, dreams remain just dreams.

This year, I am fortunate to have a dedicated crew supporting me every step of the way. To my awesome crew chief Nick Moustouka, Jess, Michael, Phil, The Boys on the Cookie Jar Run Club, my coach Karl, my family, and close friends—your support means everything. I Love You All.
